The most important grape varieties at Chateau Hansen are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot und Cabernet Gernischt (Chinese Carménère).


Hansen Five Star Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

The wine, aged in oak barrels, has a bright deep brown color and the fragrance of blackberries, currants, minerals, chocolate and vanilla. The aroma is elegant and long-lasting; it is full of delicate and soft tannins. The wine is full-bodied and complex, with a long aftertaste.

Hansen Four Star Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The grapes grow from old vines and are selected in a strictly controlled harvest. In production they are supplemented with a small amount of Merlot grapes and aged in oak barrels. The wine has a bright dark brown-red color, a good blackberry flavor accompanied by gooseberry, mineral and vanilla aromas, and a long-lasting aroma; the tannins are strong but soft, the wine is full-bodied and has a long finish.

Hansen Desert Knight Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The color is deep ruby red, with a rich fruit aroma, soft start, full body and long finish. Natural and healthy.

Hansen Desert Merlot 2021

The wine is brewed using flash steaming technology, then stored in French oak barrels for 12 months. The color is deep ruby red with hints of brick red and has a rich aroma of plum, gooseberry and black pepper. The taste is round, the body of the wine is delicate and soft, the aftertaste is long and the personality is distinctive. This wine won the gold medal at the 4th Asian Wine Quality Competition.
